    What is Challenge for Charity (C4C)?

    UCLA Challenge for Charity (C4C) is the largest charitable organization at the UCLA Anderson School of Management. Last year, UCLA C4C raised $105,000 and volunteered nearly 5,000 hours for two charities: Special Olympics and LA Works. UCLA is one of eight West Coast business schools in the Challenge for Charity competition for the coveted Golden Briefcase. The competition is comprised of fundraising, volunteering, and the annual Sports Weekend held each April at Stanford University. This past year, the schools in the C4C competition raised nearly $445,000 and volunteered over 11,000 hours for their charities. Challenge for Charity has a 501(c)3 (non-profit) corporate standing.
